Rescheduling:

Because sessions are reserved specifically for you, refunds are not offered.
If you cannot attend, you may reschedule within the notice period above.
If you miss an appointment or arrive late, the session may be shortened or forfeited.
All payments are processed securely through approved third-party providers such as Stripe or the platform you used to book.
North Star Sessions does not store or have access to your full payment details.
